  Lampa Return Policy

  All Lampa products are custom-made to customer specifications.
• Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• All damages incurred in shipping must be reported upon receipt of merchandise.
• Damages not reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise will not be replaced by Lampa.
• All other authorized returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days
  and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• Order Cancellations must occur within 7 days of purchase otherwise there is a 50% charge.
• Unauthorized returns will be charged 50% of order total.
